Roberts Janitorial & Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced window cleaning team members to join our construction cleaning crews on active multifamily and commercial job sites throughout the Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning on construction sites, up to 3 stories high
- Clean glass doors, windows, tracks, and frames to a streak-free finish
- Remove minor paint, spackle, and construction residue from glass surfaces
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access upper-level windows
- Coordinate with site supervisors on cleaning sequence and schedule
- Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection when working at height
Requirements:
- Prior window cleaning experience required
- Comfortable working at heights up to 3 stories using ladders or lifts
- Own basic window cleaning tools/equipment preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
