About the Role:
Join ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as a Housekeeper and be a vital part of our team in beautiful Sedona, AZ. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments for our clients and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens, pillowcases, and towels.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, water, and tissues.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report repairs needed.
- Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before guest check-in.
- Respond to guest requests for extra towels, amenities, or housekeeping services.
- Follow health, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized.
- Handle lost-and-found items according to company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
